1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:
    You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
    If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, the consultation fee will not be refunded.

2. Refund Policy

  • Consultation Fees:
    Refunds for consultation fees are only applicable if:

    • The cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • The doctor is unavailable or the appointment is canceled by us.
  • Medicines/Products:
    Due to the nature of homeopathic remedies, no refund or return is permitted once the medicines have been dispensed or shipped.

3. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • We may request your bank or payment details for processing manual refunds (if applicable).

4. Exceptional Cases

We reserve the right to evaluate special refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, especially in cases of medical emergencies or system errors.
